Mid-South Synergy is a private, independent utility service provider, owned by the  members it serves, and is one of the fastest growing electric cooperatives in the state of Texas.  MSEC Services and MSEC Enterprises are subsidiaries providing services in water, wastewater, right-of-way, and Internet.
