Mid-South Synergy is a private, independent utility service provider, owned by the  members it serves, and is one of the fastest growing electric cooperatives in the state of Texas.  Mid-South Synergy also has a wholly owned subsidiary, Mid-South Synergy Water Resources, which provides services in water and wastewater.
